Any Questions? Here’s our Top 15 Most Common
Easy! Succulents are drought tolerant plants, meaning they don’t need or want much water. They can go 2 weeks or longer without any water. This is why shipping succulents is very easy and a common thing to do. They are also a very hardy plant, they won’t suffocate during shipping. Also shipping takes only 1-4 days so it’s not a long travel!
2. I need these by a specific date. When should I place an order so they arrive on time?
We always suggest placing an order 10 days before the date you need them by. Shipping takes 2-5 business days (after fulfillment), we also offer faster shipping at checkout if you need them in a couple of days. Please note we are not responsible for delivering these on time for an event date. We are only responsible for delivering healthy succulents. No refunds will be granted for missing a specific date.
3. Can I order now and request a specific date and have you guys ship later?
Unfortunately no, you cannot request a specific date and have us ship later. We suggest placing an order with us 7-10 days before the date you need them by.
4. How many varieties will be included?
It depends on how many succulents you order. If you order about 20+ succulents you will have at least 5+ varieties included. Bigger orders will have more varieties!
5. Can these be grown indoors?
Yes, these can grow indoors. Follow our included care guide for every order for best and healthy growth.
6. How big are these succulents?
These succulents are grown in 2 inch pots. This does not mean they are 2 inches tall. Some succulents could be 1 inch tall, some could be 2 inches, and some can be 3-5 inches tall. It really just depends on what we have at the time!
7. How long does delivery take?
After we receive your order we will try to fulfill it as quickly as possible. After we fulfill then your order will get delivered in 2-5 business days, depending on location. Faster shipping is offered at checkout.
8. Can I order a larger amount than what’s offered?
Yes, for larger orders over 500 succulents please contact us via email and we will create a custom order for you.
9. Where do you ship from?
We ship from Laguna Niguel, CA
10. Can you pick which succulents you want?
No, we offer random varieties that are handpicked and selected by professionals .
11. Can you request colors?
Yes, you can request certain colors for sure. At checkout under order instructions you can write any request in. We will try out very best to fulfill that request.
12. Can these survive outdoors?
Yes, of course these can survive and will certainly thrive outdoors. However, if your location gets under 30 degrees then they will have to be moved indoors during the cold winter season. These succulents will die and freeze in weather under 30 degrees.
13. Can I request pot color?
Unfortunately you cannot request pot color. We grow our succulents in black or red pots, our supplier typically gives us a mix. It’s very hard for us to promise a pot color and give as much variety as possible.
14. What about the cold winter weather? Will these die in transit?
No need to worry about this! We deal with the cold winter season every year and we have very slight issues. Our crinkle paper keeps the succulents warm, they also stay in warehouses and not in cold trucks during transit. Only issues we have are customers leaving their delivered order out for several days in the cold.
15. My order is arriving after my event date, I no longer want/need them. Can I get a full refund?
Unfortunately once an order is shipped we cannot cancel. We also do not offer refunds for missed event dates. We only offer refunds for dead or damaged succulents. We do not accept returns.

Our bulk succulent packs are quite simply the best succulent value on the web. They offer great variety, top quality, and affordable prices for events, large arrangements, landscaping projects, and more. Anybody can order our wholesale succulents; we do not require a special retail account.
Many people prefer to buy bulk succulents when they’re planning a large display, but it’s also the best way to get enough succulents to give out as thank you gifts or party favors. Our bulk succulent selection includes many combinations of some of our best plants, so take a look and find a mix that you think you will love.
What size and quantity do I need?
Your arrangements will have a full look as soon as they’re planted if you use enough plants to cover the whole area of the container. If you choose fewer plants, you’ll need extra soil to fill the pot and may want a Top Dressing to cover the exposed soil, but the plants will grow to fill the space over time. For more details, look to our Pot Sizing Video .
Which pack should I get?
You’ll find some of our packs highlight a single genus of plants, others are labeled “indoor” or “hardy”, and some are mixed assortments. Assortments give the most variety of shapes and colors. “Indoor” succulents are not frost-tolerant but can thrive indoors in bright locations. “Hardy” succulents grow outdoors and can tolerate temperatures down to at least 0F. Below, you’ll find a quick rundown of the common plant types you’ll find featured in our bulk packs.
Echeveria: This is a popular choice for weddings and showers as they grow in a classic rosette shape and most types have soft, pastel tones. These types are not frost hardy, but they grow well indoors near a sunny window. They’re also easy to propagate at home!
Sempervivum (Hens Chicks): Get the sweet rosette shape but with frost hardiness down to -20F. These are outdoor plants, many with earth tones that change with the seasons. To keep Sempervivum indoors temporarily, place them near sunny windows or directly under a grow light.
Sempervivum heuffelii: A twist on the classic Hens Chicks, this type is super hardy to -30F, travels well, and holds vibrant jewel tones year-round. This is also an outdoor variety and needs bright sun or a grow light if kept indoors temporarily.
Sedum (Stonecrop): Available seasonally (spring and summer), this stemmed-grower pairs well with the rosette types and makes a great ground cover or “spiller” in container arrangements. These spreading outdoor plants are frost hardy to -30F and show their best colors when grown in full sun.
