Flagged for fraud by their “fraud…
Flagged for fraud by their “fraud department” with no ohone call, verification, or email, called and spoke with them and was told it was because I ordered through my smartphone. Reordered, and charged a second time with no order verification sent, now just over $7,000.00. $3500 on its way back, the other $3500+ is charged and they are saying it isn’t. currently receiving texts thanking me for my order. They are kind of a mess to deal with. Going to have to dispute through the credit card company.

I special ordered 4 pieces for a kit
I special ordered 4 pieces for a kit, and 1 piece was backordered with no ETA for shipping. They won’t let me cancel the order instead forcing the 3 pieces for delivery. Now I can’t return the merchandise or get the final piece to finish my project. Kourtney in Customer service is the worst!
