So happy I stopped here to check things out. I’m a huge fan of wholesale clubs as you get such a better deal buying in bulk vs small portions at regular grocery stores. Suns is pretty unique.

Customer service sucks! False advertisement! The sign showed 1 pack $1.95 and 10 packs $11.95 Only had the 10 pack-asked if I could get 1 pack because that’s all I needed and the sign stated 1.

I have been shop here since opening. Terrible customers service. Won’t spend a penny here anymore. So disappointed

I hate to compare my expectation at this Sun’s Warehouse Club from the Chinatown branch. But they’ve set the right tone for the regular shoppers. I felt like walking into an oversized warehouse.

Their products are old and some are even expired. The prices are higher than other asian retail stores. The people here are also very rude.
