So I couldn’t stand having to live with this sofa I called again coming tomorrow there’s no fixing these problems second sofa I have had fall in crack some of cuchions deflated and has big crack on corner piece fall in when sit let’s see what they will do if anything

Horrible place to shop ever

This is a horrible business, stay away. A few days before Thanksgiving, my wife and I went shopping at their location on Peters Rd.
We bought a beauty rest queen set (mattress + box). We paid after holiday discounts and taxes $884. I chose to pick up the set myself from their warehouse. On the pick day, they gave me the wrong box.
After thanksgiving holidays (a week after purchase day), I went back to the store to request an exchange for a softer mattress. They had the same model with a pillow top option for an extra $100. I told them that I was willing to pay the difference and get the softer bed. They said that I cannot return or exchange and that the sale was final.
I threatened to submit complaints and reviews everywhere if my problem is not resolved. Three days passed by and no one returned my call. At the end of the third day, Dan (bedding manager) called me and said that he spoke to Dave and that he decided to break the company’s rules and make an exception for me to help me out. The rules, according to him, were that I could only do an exchange if I was doing an upgrade.
I told him that I was taking a more expensive bed and he said that that wasn’t considered as an upgrade since it was the same model but only softer and only $100 more expensive. Note that he didn’t tell me about the upgrade exception three days ago when I showed up at the store and asked for an exchange. Remember, what he said was “no returns” and “no exchanges”, period. Anyway, his offer was that I have to pay 25% “re-stocking” fee to be able to do an exchange.
The penalty now was $165. I was furious of course and asked him why neither him nor the sale’s person have informed of the non-return policy in the first place, he said for the same reasons he wasn’t now telling me what color were his socks. He also added that he didn’t expect the sale’s person to say anything since he wanted to make a sale. I found this to be a blunt confirmation of how dishonest these people are.
We have exchanged a few text messages that afternoon and I asked him to send me an official policy document stating what they were claiming, or to send me something in writing which states their return policies.
He was furious and said that he doesn’t have to send me anything and that I can go to the TN.gov website to look for such policies and that our conversation was over. I want to let these people know that it is not over and that I will do everything I could to let people know about what happened and to help as many customers as possible not to make the mistake of doing business with them.
