Seriously the best GF black and white cookies ever! And I’m a lifetime real NY black and white cookie fan. The donuts were delicious too! Great place with great tasting and super safe options for GF! Nice that they’re not frozen either! What a treat!

So many great options to choose from! GF items are all in a separate display case. Although this is a regular bakery, they have a dedicated room with separate fryers, pans, and utensils for all GF baked goods. The donuts are fresh daily and delish!

Best gluten free donuts I’ve ever had, you wouldn’t even know they’re gluten free. They’re the same size as regular donuts, look the same and taste the same (maybe even better). They also have many other amazing gluten free desserts. If you’re in the area, definitely check it out! Great prices too!

GF desserts are displayed separately. Donuts are only available certain days. The cupcakes, whoopie pies and donuts are all delicious.

they have an entire section dedicated for Gluten Free items! I bought a bunch of yummy pastries to try and they were absolutely incredible. My husband even loved the black and white cookie I brought him he isn’t Gluten intolerant. They also make gluten free donuts on Thursdays! Highly recommend!

Best GF donuts I’ve ever had! They keep their GF donuts in a locked case and only an employee can get the donuts for you. They have other GF baked goods (brownies, crumb cakes, rainbow cookie cakes, etc.). If you need a cake for a special occasion, be sure to order from here! I had the BEST cake for my graduation. Nobody knew it was GF!

This place has scrumptious GF donuts! I highly recommend!! Donut happy hour starts at 5pm, half price donuts:). My favorite is the chocolate glazed cream filled – this is a large donut, the size of an eclair for $3 during non-happy hour hours.

EXCELLENT . regular baked goods and gluten free baked goods. excellent. My daughter is in heaven, finally found a GF bakery that makes baked goods taste like “baked goods”. I can enjoy GF and regular. their 7 layer cake (non GF) is EXCELLENT .

Went to the bakery today. My daughter and I are celiac. No one got sick. We got a few donuts, black and white cookies and a whoopie pie. All were fresh and beyond delicious. Loved the Boston creme- first one I have had for years. The black and white cookies were the best I have ever had! Definitely worth the calories. The bakery is not dedicated gluten free but they keep things separate. The donuts are locked up in a cabinet and handled by the staff. They used new gloves and were friendly and knowledgeable.

Longtime Glenn Wayne Bakery owners ‘handing the reins’ to buyout firm
After 34-years of operating a business that arguably produces the best doughnuts around, the original owners of Glenn Wayne Bakery are ceding control of operations to the buyout firm that purchased the Bohemia company this month.
As part of their “slow down” that was announced this weekend, brothers-in-law Glenn Alessi and Wayne Stelz will turn over management of the 40,000-square-foot bakery in Bohemia to Stelz’s son Scott, who is Alessi’s godson.
“After 34 years of running a 365 day, basically around the clock sweet goods operation, Wayne and I have been blessed with the opportunity to slow down and handover the reins to a wonderful company with a terrific reputation,” Alessi wrote in a post on Glenn Wayne Bakery’s Instagram account.
Alessi said he’ll serve as a consultant to the bakery end of operations, but that he will concentrate more on the company’s new retail outlet, Glenn’s Donuts, in Selden. Glenn Wayne Bakery products are delivered daily to the shop, which opened July 1.
The bakery was acquired by Tide Rock, a San Diego-based buyout firm specializing in economically resilient B2B businesses, the companies announced two weeks ago.
Glenn Wayne — a wholesale bakery manufacturer that supplies baked goods to local and regional customers, as well as national brands — was founded in 1990, originally operating out of a 1,000-square-foot facility. The bakery has since grown to its giant bakery facility and has added a 6,000-square-foot warehouse.
The bakery in 2010 opened an outlet store in front of its bakery, boosting its popularity on Long Island.
“I wanted to share our terrific, freshly made products at reasonable prices to the public,” Alessi explained in his social media statement. “I had no idea that it would become as popular as it has, for that I thank you. I want to ensure you that the quality will remain the same.”
