We had a good experience at Pocatello costco as we’ve always had with costco wholesale. We bought gasoline from this location on our way back to Boise. Good customer service as expected.

As usual, Costco is a great experience. I found everything I was looking for except for one item. I was disappointed the men’s bathroom faucets didn’t work except one. Otherwise, I highly recommend this location.

This is by far the worst Costco I have ever used. Reno pits this place to shame. They do less and less for you each year. There is no consistency. Zero. One employee tells you it’s this way and another one tells you it’s that way. Then one employee will call the other one a liar. Bad management I guess.

We arrived at 3:30 and the sample stations were closed or bowling closed. We did not even get 1 sample. When I asked one of the sample servers, she said that was because they arrived early.

Costco tire center saved my husband’s and I’m butt’s today. Mike and the other tire specialist (keadon?) got us in to fix the wheels and tires on my truck. We are so very grateful.
