This was a excellent experience. I donated my Tucson Truck to Charity and Sierra handled the swift pick up and will process the Auction. I will get a receipt Of the sale for 2021 Taxes. A 501.

It is not worth it. I dont know who buys here, but just to bid a couple dollars under retail price is not worth it for me. Im better off paying the $20 difference and getting an item with a warranty.

Love this place the auctions are awesome and I actually save money with them love the staff they are amazing and so polite and helpful.

Purchased a mini fridge and didn’t mind if it had dings etc. Didn’t mind it wasn’t even the mini fridge that was on the box however the coil in the freezer had a puncture so it would never work.

Sierra Auction bas transformed itself. Brian ,Scotty,Mark have organized the auction to function in a streamline fashion. Tightly organized with Great workers like Sandra ,Paula,Jasmine. Items.

Horrible customer service. The lady in the payment department has no clue how to answer calls, or provide customer service. Extremely rude. We are the clients keeping the business in business.

We bid on a white Nissan Maxima recently. It was moved to the non-op section after our initial inspection. During initial inspection it started fine. 2nd inspection we saw that someone added.

Totally ripped us off and shady company changed the terms of the auction! NEVER BID WITH THEM. Purchased from an auction with terms that said “3 day load out” and we have screen shots! Well.

I bought a vehicle on April 7, 2024 and only received the bill of sale. Now they’re trying to charge me $98 for the title that I never received. I think this is BS. I’ve tried calling several.
