    • 11 am LIVE Auction Lawn and Garden Equipment, Building Supplies, Firewood, and Landscaping
    • Noon ONLINE/LIVE Simulcast Farm Machinery and Construction Equipment
    • 2 pm LIVE Farm Machinery and Construction Equipment

    There will be no consignment accepted on Auction Tuesday

    CONSIGNMENT TIMES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

    Consignment Fees

    • $0.00-$20.00 – $5.00 Minimum Fee Per Lot
    • $20.01-$200.00 – 25% Per Lot
    • $200.01-$500.00 – 20% Per Lot
    • $500.01-$2,000.00 – 15% Per Lot
    • $2,000.01-$5,000.00 – 10% Per Lot
    • $5,000.01 and up – 8% Per Lot
    • Additional fees may apply for reserves and specific categories. Please be sure to ask prior to consignment.

    Note: A Lot is an individual object or group of objects offered for sale at auction as a single unit.

    TIRE FEE SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2024

    Due to the drastic increase in the cost of disposing of tires this new rate schedule is effective immediately.

    • No used Rubber Tracks
    • No used Bicycle Tires
    • No used Golf Cart Tires
    • No used ATV or UTV Tires
    • No used Garden Tractor tires

    TIRE FEES

    Passenger Tires = $6.00 per tire

    Light Truck Tires =$6.00 per tire

    Large Truck Tires over 17 ½ “ = $18.00 per tire

    Agricultural Tires 75# and up = $75.00 per tire

    Consignments for LIVE AUCTION are accepted 8 am – 7 pm on the Monday prior to the Tuesday Auction Date

        Prohibited items include but may not be limited to:

        • • Paint, Oil
          • Televisions or Computer Monitors
          • Batteries
          • Used Bee Hives
          • Clothing
          • Overstuffed Furniture
          • Mattresses
          • Stuffed Animals
          • Broken Household Items and Toys
          • Titled Automobiles or ATVs
          • All tires must be approved by Rogers Auction Staff and additional fees will apply. Exclusions include but may not be limited to:

            All loads will be subject to final management approval before acceptance of consignment.

            We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) for any reason.

            PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

            PURCHASE TERMS

            • • All bidders must be registered PRIOR to bidding
              • All sales are final
              • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Card
              • 10% Buyer premium
              • Sales Tax is charged where applicable unless tax exemption is on file
              • All items are sold as is, where is
              • Payment is due upon purchase and all items must be paid for before removal
              • All vehicles will be inspected upon exit

              PURCHASE TERMS AND REMOVAL

              • • Payment is due upon winning bid
                • Buyer checkout for live auction items is DAY OF AUCTION (from 10 am to approximately one hour past last auction item end time) or the Wednesday immediately following 8 am – 7 pm EST All items must be picked up during this time frame or they will become property of Rogers Community Auction, Inc. without refund
                • To make alternate arrangements to pick up large machinery and equipment purchases please telephone the office at (330) 227-3233 before Wednesday at 6 p.m.
                • We do not offer shipping services. When arranging outside shipping be sure to provide complete paperwork including proof of purchase, permission to release, and related information to your hauling company or dispatcher. We will pallet items if your freight company requires for shipping. This requires advance notice and there is a $30 charge for this service.
                • Pickup for online items will generally be Monday-Thursday 8 am – 3:30 pm unless otherwise stated.
