I recently moved into a much bigger home and wanted to fill my house up with good quality furniture with out breaking the bank. River city furniture Auction was the perfect site to start looking.
Zero customer service and their items don’t match what they advertise, I won a new in box chair, the box was destroyed and missing the arm off the chair. No one will return calls, emails, or.
I’ve had two purchases from River City Furniture Auctions in Houston. The first was a large fire pit that was advertised as New in Box. It was unused, but it was missing its feet and the fire.
The auction is okay it really is hit or miss I have bought things that were great and I also bought things that when taken home was broken. The issue is one the customer service SUCKS! They have.
Worst piece of Sh*t EVER. I won an auction. They charged my card and never sent me an invoice or schedule to pick up my item. Customer service is an AI that doesn’t do anything except repeats.
