I love this place the Belton stories great the employees are all friendly and helpful, i like how they opened another side to it really gives a good variety and selection. However I’m not crazy about the website I feel it needs more info on each section some pictures anyway that’s why you got 4 stars, if you need help with that website let me know, LOl.

Retail Rebel rocks!
Even with the price change of $10 on Saturdays this store is legit on finding gems. So it went up $5 🤷🏽♂️ I am not complaining because what I find is always more than $10. Sunday’s goes back to $5 each item. I don’t go on weekdays so I don’t have any complains on those days, but Saturday and Sunday with some people going the wrong way that is the only complaint I have. Belton store is 💯 everybody rocks there from managers to the employees.

Do you accept returns in the Auctions?
Once you leave the store, all sales are final. Take advantage of our Inspection Protection Guarantee! When picking up your items at the store, take items out of boxes and packaging to test and inspect. Testing centers are available at each store. If an item does not match the description, is damaged or missing pieces, alert the host at that time and they will issue a refund, if warranted.
Will there be more of a specific item each week?
Unfortunately, we do not know what items we will get each week. There’s always a possibility, but never a guarantee that a product will be available.
How can I change my max bid?
A max bid on Retail Rebel Auction is the highest amount you’re willing to pay for an item. Retail Rebel’s automatic bidding feature will place incremental bids on your behalf up to your max bid. If you enter an incorrect max bid, you may edit by retyping the amount.
Why was the bidding time extended?
When a bid is placed two minutes prior to the bid closing time, the bidding window is automatically extended for two more minutes.
How do I remove a bid?
Unfortunately, all bids are binding, and we are not able to remove bids while in an active auction. Potentially you will be outbid. If you do win the item, please email [email protected] for assistance.
When do I pick up my items?
Your invoice will be sent via email once the entire auction closes. The top of the invoice outlines the assigned pickup days and times, along with the store address. A copy of your invoice is always posted to your account and can be found in the Invoices tab.
