PLEASE NOTE: Mileage shown on the title for vehicles 14 years of age or newer will state NOT ACTUAL – if the buyer discovers later the mileage is different on the odometer, the mileage on the title will not be changed.

ALSO, You must register first before bidding. Winning the bid without registering will not count and the item will be re-sold.

ATTENTION: IF YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN TOWED TO THE LPD IMPOUND LOT, PLEASE CONTACT CAPITAL TOWING 402-475-7676. The Jim Peterson Auction Co. does not tow vehicles or have any knowledge as to the whereabouts of your vehicle.

Personal cars or pets not allowed on the auction lot, so please bring a battery pack jump charger to start your vehicle after purchase for safety and congestion reasons. Unless you are a towing company or are towing a trailer, please leave your car outside the gate to work on your purchase. Thank you.

It’s a live auction! See in person what you want to bid on, buy it, and take it home and you’re out of there same day. Come out and meet friends and make new friends!

Check back for changes as the auction day approaches. Payment must be made for the LPD vehicles by 12 noon auction date. Vehicles may be left on the lot until 5:00 PM Sat. or outside the gate until 5:00 PM following Monday. Open to the public.

Locksmiths have been attending the LPD auction to make keys! ALWAYS check back on the Friday night before the auction for late changes! NO ADMISSION FEE – NO BUYER’S PREMIUM!
