Our Broad St location is open for business. We are open to accept consignments Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 4pm by appointment. Please call 804-325-8598 to schedule.
We sell all manner of personal property, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, furniture and decorative accessories, ceramics and glass, rugs and artworks, tools and appliances, books and ephemera, stamps, coins and currency, sports equipment, office furniture anything of value. There are however some items that we will not accept for auction, and your consignment will be screened before acceptance.
Online Auctions
Surplus property not claimed by the University’s organizations or qualified schools and assistance organizations is sold to the general public via online auction. The professional auction house that manages the online auction website is independent of the University and follows State of Texas procedures to ensure proper and legal transfer of all surplus property.
The majority of our surplus furniture, vehicles, and other large items are sold through our weekly online auction process. These items include, but are not limited to, furniture, vehicles, professional machinery, commercial equipment, athletics equipment and various memorabilia.

Frequency
All online auctions are posted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and will remain live for a minimum of 10 days before closing.
Location and Parking for Pick-up
The J.J. Pickle Research Campus (PRC) is located at the intersection of Braker Lane and Burnet Road.

Parking for Online Auction Pick-up can be found surrounding the warehouses and nearby streets, as marked. Avoid areas where signage restricts parking.
