Outrageous Online Premium
I will never bid through Invaluable again. On a $210 purchase I was charged $77.35 “online premium” by them, on top of the auction house commission (which was less than half that amount). It’s an absolute rip off and from now on I will bid directly through the auction house.

not reputable
In my opinion, invaluable.com is not reputable. There are several reasons for this:
– There is no way to delete your credit card information yourself (only updating it with new data is possible)
– Requests to delete credit card information are not answered, and the data is not removed
– You cannot deactivate your account yourself; instead, you have to contact invaluable.com by email and hope that they will do it for you
In addition, emails regarding issues with auction houses are not responded to.
Contact can only be made via chat or email, and the chat with the AI is not helpful at all, as you do not receive appropriate responses.
All of this is unacceptable to me. I can only recommend that everyone look for a reputable alternative.
If something changes in the future, the situation will be different, but as long as everything remains as it is, I would strongly advise everyone against using the platform!

It’s been over a month since I won the…
It’s been over a month since I won the bid 6/25 auction. Still have not received my coin. I also have winning bids from 6/30 and 7/5 auctions without receiving my coin. I pay immediately and I expect my product timely. Awful customer service.

Buyer premium inflated by mystery fees imposed by invaluable
Buyer premium is inflated by mysterious fees that are not advertised by invaluable. For example, on my item, the buyer’s premium was listed as 32%, however the actual premium that appeared on my invoice was 50%. I asked the auction house about it and they also could not explain it. I will not use invaluable again – too many unexplained, unadvertised and sketchy fees – and terrible customer service as well. The final cost of my item this time was over twice the hammer price.
