When we arranged to donate my 1997 Lexus SC 400 to KCSM-FM, CARS referred me to Capitol City Auto Auction. Wendy called me quickly, either that day or the next. She offered me a pick-up window.

Did business with them for 5 years and then they black list me because they asked for a report of sale which they in no capacity can ask for and the lady ( will not use the name ) who calls.

Lets give these guys some credit. It is never easy to sell used mostly donated cars, and be perfect about everything. They usually go by what the donor says about the issues with the car they.

They tend to reply on pictures on their auctions but damage to vehicles is hidden too often. I’ve heard stories of them banning some customers in order to gain something but choosing the people.

I bought a trail blazer that was smog and they said it was ready to go I paid 2500 for the car got 5 miles from a place and a motor blew up on the freeway they would not honor it and said to.
