This app is great for car enthusiasts, just looking at the coolest cars for sale around the world. BAT is the best place to go. I’ve seen people have issues with buying and selling, but I’m only giving my review as a viewer. Amazing app to look at the sickest cars!

Bidding window problem.
The black, bidding window at the bottom of an auction. The buttons overpower the bid. The dollar amount of the current offer is vertically listed on the left side. It’s hard to see what the actual number is. This is annoying and frustrating. I also do not see the countdown clock. You still have some fine-tuning to do. Please note I have larger fonts on my phone so I can see.

App Not Ready for Primetime
I love the idea of having an app to browse/follow/bid on BaT auctions. However, the app as of September 2023 is not yet usable. Very glitchy. Pages take forever to load, if they load at all. App seems to freeze all the time. I’m sure with time all of these issues will be worked out, but right now the app is there yet if it wants to compete with the website.
Looking forward to updates and bug fixes!

Do I have to be an Avants member?
Yes, you must be an Avants member to participate in the Avants / Bring a Trailer program. You can become an Avants member here: https://www.avants.com/member-plans
Where can I find my Avants membership ID number?
Your Avants membership ID number can be found on your Avants membership card. If you need help finding your membership number, please email us ([email protected])
How does the $50 discount work?
After your car has been approved by Bring a Trailer, you will receive a $50 rebate from Avants. Please email a copy of your BaT receipt to [email protected]. We will then send the $50 rebate to you via PayPal.
How do I submit my car and what happens after I submit it?
You can submit your vehicle by going HERE. Once you submit, a BaT Auction Manager will review your submission and get back to you, typically within 2 business days. If your vehicle is accepted for auction, you pay the listing fee and an Auction Specialist will be assigned to you who will assemble your listing based on the information you provided. If you have chosen Plus, we will arrange a photographer to come take photos of your vehicle.
How does BaT choose which cars are accepted?
Vehicles are chosen based on a number of factors including condition, quality of information, quality of photos, requested reserve price, and similar vehicles currently for sale.
