Used Vehicle Auctions

Used Commonwealth fleet vehicle auctions are open to members of the general public, including dealers. Attendance at the auction is limited to those who are at least 18 years of age. Please, no pets. Location

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania used vehicle auctions are conducted at the Manheim Keystone Pennsylvania Auto Auction located at 488 Firehouse Road, Grantville, PA 17028 (Interstate #81, Exit-80 Hershey/Grantville).

If using GPS – Please use 411 Firehouse Road.

Date and Time

Auctions begin at 10:00 A.M. Auctions may be canceled at the Director of the Bureau of Vehicle Management’s discretion. Prospective buyers should register from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday before the sale. There is no registration on sale day. All vehicles will be released to the successful bidder by assigned registration numbers. Upcoming Auction Sale listings for the future sales are posted as they become available. Tenative 2025 auction dates are listed below.

Automotive Service Providers

All new and existing dealerships, franchises, and independent garages wishing to perform maintenance or repairs on Commonwealth vehicles must accept the published rate schedules and submit Certificates of Insurance each fiscal year and prior to beginning work. The Commonwealth’s fiscal year runs from July to June. The current contract is effective through June 30, 2022.

From the Sky Harbor Airport, follow exit signs to Interstate 17 North. Proceed approximately 3 miles to the 19th Avenue / US-60 West exit. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (heading South) onto 19th Avenue. Proceed approximately 2 miles to Broadway Road, and turn right. We are located on the South side of the road approximately 1 mile West of 19th Avenue.

Vehicle Pick Up

Mon – Fri 8am – 4:30pm (PT)

Branch yards close earlier than the offices to allow extra time for pullout/loading.

Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property.

IAA loaders are not permitted to lift anything greater than 11,000 lbs. Transporters must have the correct equipment, the qualification to use the equipment and acknowledge they are solely responsible for loading these items.

Purchases must be secured within 5 business days of purchase. If the vehicles are not picked up within this period, IAA will pick up the vehicle and transport it to our nearest facility (standard fees for transportation and storage will apply).
